What to include
One line of detail saves a round trip. Tell us the domain you are asking about. If your question is about a score, paste the link to your Pre-Check result so we are reading the same report you are. If it is about an order, the email address you used at checkout is enough to find it.
Skeptical questions are welcome and get the same attention as customer questions. If you think a claim on this site is wrong, say which page and which sentence, and we will either show you the source or fix it.
Reporting a security issue
Write to the same address with Security in the subject line and we will route it immediately. We do not run a paid bug bounty, and we will not ask you to sign anything before we read your report. Please do not include credentials or customer data in the message itself.
